To be honest, it's a good thing that he changed his vocal approach beyond this. He kind of sounds like an old man trying to bark like an angry dog. But, this demo also contains one of the most important aspects of early Sigh, and that is the extensive use of keyboards.
Sigh may have been the first black metal, or even extreme metal band in general, to use keys nearly full-time, and they honestly add so much to the material here. Without them this would really just be raw, thrashy, brash extreme metal. Fun and interesting, but nothing really noteworthy.
